Welcome
In order to transport our cellar door to a greater audience, we are able to offer you our lovely selection of wines online. We still highly value all orders received by telephone, mail or fax, so if you would prefer to continue placing your orders this way, then we are very happy for you to continue doing so. We hope our online ordering facility becomes an extension of our more traditional ways of taking your wine order and provides you with yet another way to purchase our “pfine” Pfeiffer wines.

There is no minimum order when purchasing our wines online, however Pfeiffer Wine Club members receive free freight for orders of 12 bottles or multiples of 12 bottles delivered anywhere in Australia. For all other orders, freight charges apply unless otherwise stated.

Ordering Online
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To find details on the wines that interest you and then order them simply
a) browse through our wine range on the left hand side of the site, by wine style or
b) use our Search facility within the main menu, or on the top right hand section of the site (simply type in the keyword eg shiraz, to see a search selection of the wines that match the closest to your entered details)
Add these wines to Your Cart. Your Cart will always itemise your wine order and will indicate quantities, cost per item and subtotals. Freight charges will not be calculated until after you Check Out and shipping details have been advised. When you are ready to finalise your wine order simply Check Out.

To order you will need to register with us. If you have already registered or you are a Pfeiffer Wine Club Member, you can login as a returning customer. New customers will be asked to provide Billing information, User Name, Email address and a Password.

Online Payments
There are four choices of online payment. They include Bank Deposit, Cheque/Money Order, Credit Card (by phone), Credit Card (via Paypal).

If you chose Bank Deposit you will be asked to make a payment to our Bank Account and will be provided with our banking details. Please use your order number as the reference and email us once payment has been made. Your order will be despatched as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If you chose Cheque/Money Order you will be asked to send your cheque or money order to our winery and you will be provided with our postal details. We will notify you when your payment is received and your order will be processed after your payment has cleared.

If you chose Credit Card (by phone) you simply have to ring us at the winery between 9am-5pm Australian Eastern Standard time and provide us with your credit card details over the phone.

If you chose Credit Card (via Paypal) you will be asked to click on a link to Paypal and make the payment with them directly. By clicking on this link you will be provided with details which re-confirm that your wine order is with us as well as a re-confirmation of the total amount owing. You do not need to have an existing Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can click on the Secure Checkout box and follow the Paypal instructions to make your payment (you do not need to add additional shipping or handling fees on this site as they have already been calculated). Upon completion of this procedure, Paypal will email you a receipt for the transaction. Paypal will also email us, to advise us that your payment has been made.

Order by Telephone
To order by telephone, browse through our site to find details on the wines that interest you.

Once you have chosen your wines, or if you require any further advice, call us at the winery on 02 6033 2805 between 9am & 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time. We accept Visa and Mastercard or you can choose to send us a cheque or money order.

Order by Fax
To order by fax you will need to download the printable Pfeiffer Wines Order Form. Browse through our site to find details on the wines that interest you.

When completing the order form please make sure you double check prices and vintages, and remember to include full contact details, delivery instructions and payment details (we accept Visa and Mastercard, or you can send us a cheque or money order).

Once you have finalised all of these details fax us your order form at the winery on 02 6033 3158

Order by Mail
To send your order to us by mail you will need to download the printable Pfeiffer Wines Order Form. Browse through our site to find details on the wines that interest you.

When completing the order form please make sure you double check prices and vintages, and remember to include full contact details, delivery instructions and payment details (we accept Visa and Mastercard or you can send us a cheque or money order).

Joining our Pfeiffer Wine Club online
Our online wine club memberships are processed within 48hours. Wine Club members must login with their Pfeiffer Wine Club membership number to enjoy discounts. Your Pfeiffer Wine Club membership number and your initial password will be sent to you via email. You will not be able to enjoy online discounts and free freight until you receive this email and login as a Pfeiffer Wine Club member. You can reset your password at any time by clicking on the FORGOT PASSWORD tab on the home page.
