Carmels Tasty Pork Chops
Thanks to Wine Club Member Carmel Khan, who supplied us with this simply, yet delicious recipe.

raw green apple sliced
Trim the pork chops and place them on foil squares in a dry baking dish. On each chop, place tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, peeled sliced apple and brown sugar. Wrap foil over each chop to make a neat parcel. Bake for 1 ¼ - 1 ½ hours at 170˚C. Serve with steamed fresh vegetables of your choice. Enjoy with a glass of Pfeiffer Pfeiffer Merlot.
