Gooramadda Olives Basil Pesto

2 cups firmly packed fresh basil leaves
½ cup (80g) pine nuts, toasted in some Gooramadda EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil in a saucepan
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup (125ml) Gooramadda Olives Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
⅓ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
Process basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic until finely chopped. Add oil in a thin stream while motor is operating, process until combined. Add cheese, process mixture until well combined.
Use fresh or freeze in ice cube trays, just pop out a couple of cubes as needed.
