This website and its contents are owned by Pfeiffer Wines. The use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions listed below. Each time you use this website, you acknowledge to us that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Pfeiffer Wines. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years of age. Liquor Licence 3280 5422.
Pfeiffer Wines is committed to complying with its obligations under the Spam Act 2003 at all times. You are at liberty to unsubscribe from any mailing list to which you have previously subscribed. If for any reason there appears to be no facility to end your subscription, please send us an email advising of your wish to unsubscribe, or call us directly at the winery on 02 6033 2805
Ordering wines via our secure online transaction facility is the quickest and easiest method of purchasing directly from our winery.
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. We also accept bank deposits, cheques and money orders. Where payment is by cheque, payment is not deemed to have been received until the cheque has been cleared by the bank. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Pfeiffer Wines want to ensure you that you can purchase with complete confidence online. We have taken every possible measure to give you absolute security and confidence in your dealings with us. When purchasing from Pfeiffer Wines your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your online shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
Pfeiffer Wines has also enabled FraudGuard – a system which helps to manage fraud by putting a number of checks in place during the transaction process. Each transaction must pass these checks before being approved.
Pfeiffer Wines currently both Australia Post and Fastway to deliver our wines within Australia. Australia Post and Fastway delivers Monday – Friday, during business hours only. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia, including post office boxes as an option. Most of our customer provide us with instructions to leave the wine in a safe place, as this is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there is no delivery instructions a card will be left in the post box or under your door, advising you to collect your wine at your local post office or Fastway depot. Please note that we cannot accept instructions for a carrier to contact you prior to delivery.
We endeavor to despatch all of our wine orders within 48hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.
Pfeiffer Wines can ship wines to most parts of the world. Shipping and duty charges apply. Please contact us for further details and specific rates. Due to Canadian and US import laws, we are unable to deliver wines to the Northern America. Wines can only be imported into Canada and the United States through a licensed importer.
All wine orders are insured against physical loss and damage while in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes.
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty bottle of Pfeiffer wine or we have incorrectly packed your order, please call us at the winery on 02 6033 2805
In the event of a breakage prior to deliver, Australia Post or Fastway will notify Pfeiffer Wines and we will re-despatch your wine order. If your wines are delivered damaged, please call us at the winery on 02 6033 2805.
What if a wine or vintage is no longer available?
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to avoid this situation occuring, availability of wines are subject to change without notice. If your order includes a product that is no longer available, we will contact you via the telephone or email to confirm if our suggested replacement is satisfactory.
Errors & Omissions
Every endeavor is made to keep the information shown on our website up to date and current, however Pfeiffer Wines carries no responsibility for its accuracy and/or omissions that may occur from time to time. At our discretion, we may make changes to information we publish at any time without notice.
Pfeiffer Wine Club
Pfeiffer Wine Club member’s wine packs are delivered FREE anywhere in Australia. FREE freight is also available to Pfeiffer Wine Club members for any additional orders of 12 bottles or multiples of 12 bottles, to anywhere in Australia. All other orders will incur freight charges, depending on delivery destination. Please refer to shipping information in our FAQ for rates.
By ordering a Pfeiffer Wine Club shipment, you authorise Pfeiffer Wines to enrol you in the Pfeiffer Wine Club and to debit your credit card with the cost of your wine tasting packs as they occur. You certify that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person. You acknowledge that you will automatically receive Pfeiffer Wine Club tasting packs twice or three times a year (depending on your chosen plan) and that you may skip or cancel your deliveries at any time prior to despatch. Cancelling your membership will also result in the loss of your other club benefits. Additionally, you will notify Pfeiffer Wines of any change of address details as they occur.
